Margaret Stoklosa, MS, CNS, LDN is a licensed clinical nutritionist that practices personalized and functional nutrition and enjoys working with women to ease the transitions of life. She is passionate about understanding the totality of someone’s environment (food, medications, biomarkers, supplements, stress, sleep, support, exercise, etc.) and providing person-specific and collaborative recommendations that help shift the body back to optimal functioning. By supporting key metabolic mechanisms using evidence-based approaches, she has helped clients move the needle on fatigue, cholesterol, liver fat, inflammation, gut conditions, and weight balance. Margaret holds a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) affiliated with the American Nutrition Association. She is also a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, a Certified Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach and has completed coursework with Dr. Liz Lipski and the Institute of Functional Medicine. In addition to her private practice, Margaret Stoklosa Wellness LLC, where she sees women of all ages virtually, she also works with patients of Pearls Women’s Health in Bethesda. Margaret enjoys outdoor time and feels happiest when her hands are covered in dirt. She is a Mom to two teenage girls and spends most weekends either cheering at softball tournaments or enjoying the company of her oldest at college.
